Do I need to be fit to start?
All workouts have a beginner, intermediate and advanced option so no matter where your starting point is - you’ll get a great workout
For at home based workouts you will need dumbbells - the stronger you get the heavier the weights you will need. I usually say 10-25 lb weights are a good starting point.
Yes - any level of fitness is welcome!
This is a monthly membership. There is no end date to your fitness journey!
This is completely self led so you go at your own pace. I’m here week to week to send motivation and answer any questions you have.
